Dear Almost Human,
I love you and there is nothing I want more than a second season, but get your writing straight, please.
…I don’t want to point all the inconsistencies and problems with this episode, but I cannot go without feeling like knocking you over the head a thousand times for making a character who should have learned something about personal boundaries and privacy in this very episode giving a synthetic leg to a character who is, clearly, still struggling with being an amputee.
This is so dead-on, imma cry. (And the bit about Ms. Kelly… YES. Glad someone else sees it.)
BTW: where are the think-pieces on Almost Human's touching on PTSD and disability issues? Slate? The Daily Beast? Salon? (Anyone…?)
